Just wanted to say that Blackburn's LTD have been a really good company to purchase from, we had an issue with car upon arrival but have been assured by the company that this would be resolved. It was with regular communication from them informing us of the progress. This should give confidence to buyers that even if there is an issue, Blackburn's LTD will sort it out without any issue. They even delivered it back cleaned inside and out which was lovely. Would purchase a car from them in the future without doubt. x

Just brought a Jaguar XE from Blackburns, I dealt with Matt who was professional and friendly throughout the process, I first saw the car on line and called Blackburns I spoke to Matt who answered all my questions and described the car as immaculate, I was as you can imagine a little apprehensive because they are not an Jaguar approved user dealership, and I had a long way to go to view the car, Somerset to Darlington,I decided to leave a holding deposit (which is fully refundable if you̢۪re not happy) when I arrived at Blackburns I was met by Matt and the car was in the showroom it looked immaculate as Matt had described it, Matt left me alone to look over the car, (no pressure pitch) I went for a test drive with Matts dad, all was good, Matt made the paper work side of the sale straight forward and painless, the car came with a new MOT & Service Matt even threw in the 5 mths road tax left on the car. Drove the car back to Somerset a happy chappy. I would highly recommend Blackburns, Professional not pushy, helpful not interfering, friendly not sickly, attentive not overbearing.

I have dealt with matty for many years now and have bought a variety of cars from him there Is no one else I would deal with he knows what I like as I am very fussy probably his most difficult customer but the man is an absolute genius he always manages to make the impossible happen. With moving to a farm my car just wasn't cutting it and I needed something with more comfort and more durability So when matty mentioned what I thought was an old mans car a Volvo I was a bit dubious but when I went for a look and saw the beautiful S90D4 R Design I just grinned at him. well how wrong I was about it it is pure luxury and the he has YET AGAIN done me so so proud you are amazing I can't thank you enough for every thing you have done.

Placed my car up for sale with Motorway and Lee Blackburn offered a buying price above my required minimum sale price. I was nervous about selling my car during lockdown and Lee and his team were brilliant. Lee sent a driver to pick up my car from my house near Norwich he checked the car over to ensure it was as described. Confirmed everything was OK to Lee and then Lee made payment immediately before keys etc were handed over. He paid the car finance off direct to the loan company and paid the balance of the agreed price to my bank account. Very quick simple process and he sent me a video of his making the payments and waited for me to confirm receipt in my account. Once all done the driver drove the car away. So much simpler than using Autotrader to sell a car. Thanks Tim

A very relaxed garage. Looked at a Nissan Elgrand and taking it for a drive was not a problem. Off I went and didn't feel like I had to rush back. I bought the car although didn't feel pressured to do so. Steven was great. When I picked the car up it looked immaculate and Steven went over and above to make sure I felt happy with my purchase. I bought an Audi A4 Avant Quattro from the team. I live in Edinburgh so it was a 160 mile drive and I was trading in a car. The car I purchased was exactly as described and in excellent condition. 2014 so not new. The trade in value on my car was honoured without quibble . The transaction was completed in 15 to 20 mins with excellent customer service from Matthew. Very pleased with the car and service and would have not hesitate to recommend or use these guys again.

One Sunday my wife saw a rather beautiful Jaguar XF on Blackburns web page. A phone call revealed it was still available and the car was reserved for me until the Wednesday. On Wednesday we drove the 140 miles to Blackburns and were warmly welcomed by Steve and his colleagues. An inspection and Test Drive confirmed our thoughts and after a little good natured bartering we bought the XF. We had to get around the vagaries of DVLA when transferring car registration numbers but Steve guided us through the maze in fact Steve did the majority of the work even though it took a couple of weeks to sort out. We would highly recommend Steve and his colleagues to any potential buyer. Nothing is too much trouble and all Steve wants is 100 satisfaction for his customer. Thanks Steve

Me and my husband are expecting another child and have two dogs, therefor we needed a bigger car. We shopped around many places and our search lead us to Blackburns. Upon arrival, we received great customer service and advice about each car which would be suitable. We purchased a BMW X1 and are very pleased with it. I was extremely anxious about getting finance and trading our car in, however, Stephen made the process very easy and hassle-free. The car had a small problem with the reverse parking sensor and within a day Stephen had the sensor fixed and arranged for a courtesy car while the car was in the garage. I would highly recommend anyone to visit Blackburns if you are looking for a new used car and a trustworthy dealership, who are honest and reliable.

We spoke to Steve on the phone; he was happy for us to have it RAC inspected as we live in the Highlands and couldn't just call in to see it. After we got the report, we drove down to Darlington just to make sure that I liked the car before going any further. Steve arranged to have a new windscreen and 3 new tyres fitted, so we went home while the work was being done. We went down by train last weekend to pick it up - Steve very kindly collected us up from the station (on Sunday). I bought the car and Steve gave us sets of plates for this car and my old car, as it was on a private plate. He was very helpful with the paperwork and talked us through what to do to register the 'new' car and get the old car's registration number off of retention. An altogether pleasurable experience and I am very pleased with my purchase. I would certainly buy from Blackburns again.

I bought a Chrysler 300SRT Design from Blackburns (UK) a couple of weeks back and couldn't fault the service provided by Steve, I couldn't travel down from Shetland to view the car but Steve's assurances that it was in the condition described was good enough for me, and I wasn't disappointed! We had an inspection done and the car came back with a clean bill of health. Stephen helped with our every request and nothing was too much trouble for him. Bought a car from Blackburns that unfortunately turned out to be faulty. They did their best to fix the issue as soon as possible. Despite best efforts the fault wasn't fixed as hoped. Rather than messing me about, Blackburns gave me a full refund of the purchase price with no argument at all. They subsequently found me an alternative car and gave me a great deal on the price due to previous problems as an additional good will gesture. I really can't praise Matty enough as I am absolutely sure that I would have been left high and dry by many other dealers. Great dealers who really do stick to their word and look after customers.

Bought an Audi A6 from Blackburns very recently and I am delighted with it. The car is a dream to drive and is really high spec and in amazing condition for its year (2011). The sales team were great right from our initial phone call to go and view the car. I live about 90 miles away and when I arrived, the car was ready out the front, gleaming, waiting for me to test drive. The salesperson, Steve explained every single button on the car and was extremely knowledgeable about Audis!
